Peppermint Essential Oil

Ingredients:
Peppermint essential oil is extracted from the stems and leaves of fresh peppermint (Mentha arvensis L) through steam distillation.

Origin:
Huong Thuy District, Thua Thien Hue, Vietnam.

Aroma:
Peppermint essential oil has a characteristic mild, sweet, and cool fragrance. The scent disperses quickly but lingers for an extended time due to its high volatility.

Benefits:

Usage Instructions:

1. For skin care and relaxation:
   • Mix a few drops with carrier oils (e.g., coconut, jojoba, sesame, sunflower, or rice bran oil) and use as a massage oil to reduce stress and relax muscles.
   • Add a few drops to facial cleansers or body washes for cleaner, brighter skin.
2. For room freshening and air purification:
   • Add a few drops to a diffuser or oil burner to enjoy the refreshing scent and improve air quality.
3. Warm baths:
   • Add a few drops to warm bathwater for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
4. Pre-shampoo hair treatment:
   • Mix a few drops with hair conditioner or coconut oil. Apply to the scalp and hair, leave for a while, then shampoo as usual.
5. Post-shampoo hair care:
   • After washing and drying, apply a small amount of peppermint oil mixed with hair serum to nourish and soften hair.
6. Insect repellent:
   • Use peppermint oil in a diffuser or burner to keep insects away. Alternatively, mix with coconut oil and apply it to the skin as a natural repellent.
7. Natural mouthwash:
   • Add a few drops to a natural mouthwash to freshen breath and reduce bacteria in the mouth.

• Only use pure peppermint essential oil produced by Lien Minh Xanh, as impure or adulterated oils can pose health risks.
• Keep out of reach of children. Do not apply directly to the eyes, nose, face, or mucous membranes of children under 6 years old.
